According to S&P, Coca-Cola FEMSA has a track record of positive performance in economic cycle recessions given the consumer staples nature of its products, maintaining solid profit margins. In addition, the Company has low leverage, a solid cash position and geographic diversification. These actions are a reflection of prudent financial policies carried out by the Company regarding the use of debt, the management of liabilities, and wthe payment to shareholders.
