OXXO PREMIA, New Loyalty Program


  • OXXO PREMIA will give benefits to registered customers for each purchase they make in OXXO stores.
  • It is currently available in Chihuahua and for all ‘Spin by OXXO’ card users.

Monterrey, Nuevo León, México. March 25, 2021. – In order to continue meeting the needs of the community, OXXO launched OXXO PREMIA, a program that gives different benefits to its customers: for each purchase in their establishments, they receive rewards that can be later exchanged for actual products within the stores.

Joining the program is very simple: you can do it through the ‘My OXXO’ mobile app, available in Google Play Store and Apple Store, or at any OXXO store by registering some data such as your name, date of birth, cell phone and, optionally, your email.

Once affiliated with the program, customers who identify themselves as OXXO PREMIA members -either with a physical or digital card-, will be able to obtain benefits such as OXXO PREMIA points (they’ll receive one point for every $10 MXN of purchase), SellOXXOs (free products when reaching a certain goal), and exclusive promotions of double and / or additional points. In addition to rewarding consumers, this program will allow OXXO to get to know their customers better and to build a direct relationship with them as well as a more personalized communication.

The program’s pilot test began in Ciudad Juárez, and as of today it will be extended to all of Chihuahua. This year we expect to cover other regions of the country, such as the North Bajio area.

The launch of this program takes place alongside the launch of ‘Spin by OXXO’ in San Luis Potosí on March 1st, a mobile app that makes it possible for you to carry out transactions from your mobile phone in a safe and agile way, as well as other banking operations such as deposits and withdrawals from any store, balance consultation, purchase of a VISA card, SPEI fund transfers and money transfers between other app clients.

Every ‘Spin by OXXO’ customer will have an OXXO PREMIA account to receive his or her benefits, through which they will be able to collect points when making purchases at the store.
