The Guardian and FEMSA Foundation work together to promote water care.
Finding someone who shares your own perspective in regards to development lets you join efforts and work towards achieving goals together; thus, FEMSA Foundation created an alliance with internationally renowned British newspaper The Guardian. Together, these institutions launched the “The Guardian Water Hub,” an electronic publishing platform looking to innovate and raise awareness about the state and use of water throughout the world.
Part of the platform consists of news reporting on the situation of water around the globe, while the other part is a section devoted to information shared by FEMSA Foundation and some of its partners covering water issues. In addition, there are twelve panels where leaders and experts share their experiences on the topic.
These type of initiatives strengthen FEMSA Foundation’s commitment to the promotion of water conservation and sustainable use of water in Latin America and the world.
