Coca-Cola FEMSA Venezuela was founded in May 2003, when FEMSA acquired 100% of the largest franchise in the Coca-Cola system in Latin America (PANAMCO). The acquisition positioned it as the largest Latin American soft drink bottler in terms of sales.

In Venezuela, Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A. de C.V. operates with a production focus on main presentations, with the purpose of reinforcing the main Coca-Cola brands offered to the Venezuelan consumer, among which are: Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola Light, Coca-Cola Vainilla, Chinotto, Chinotto Light, Frescolita, Hit, Senzao and Grapette. Within this portfolio are included: Malta Regional, Nestea, Powerade, Schweppes y Sunfil, as well as the Nevada water brand.
