On January 13th of 2006, FEMSA announced the acquisition of 68% of Cervejarias Kaiser in Brazil, now FEMSA Cerveza Brazil.
With one of the most complete product portfolios in the market, FEMSA Cerveza Brazil has a mutual distribution of The Coca-Cola System and was the first beer company in Brazil that printed a customer care phone number on the label of their products.
FEMSA Cerveza Brasil generates 2,210 direct and indirect jobs.
