Coca-Cola FEMSA and The Coca-Cola Company acquire 100% of Jugos del Valle, who operates in Mexico and Brazil, holding second and first place in these markets. |

During June 2008, Coca-Cola FEMSA together with the Coca Cola Company acquires the bottler Refrigerantes Minas Gerais (Remil). This step increases our presence in Brazil and the number of clients attended. |

On april 30, 2010, FEMSA announced the closing of the transaction pursuant to which FEMSA agreed to exchange 100% of its beer operations for a 20% econocmic interest in the Heineken Group, through this transaction we will increase our scale and geographic reach competing effectively. |
